Following a super successful Bastille festival, we are now preparing for Franschhoek Uncorked – the highlight of our events calendar.

At Franschhoek Uncorked each winery celebrates the launch of a new wine and has its own theme. At Lynx we will launch of the 2010 Viognier and our theme, as in previous years, is Spanish Fiesta as Dieter grew up in Barcelona.

In 2009 Lynx was voted ‘winery with best vibe’ by many so make sure you don’t miss a weekend of Tapas and live Spanish guitar. Of course you can learn to drink out of the Porrón – if you thought what’s that, make sure you watch the video below.



For only R80 per person you get a tasting glass and a pass that allows you to taste the new releases at any of the participating wineries.

Make a weekend of it! We have joined forces with a couple of our favourites in Fraschhoek to offer you a special package for two (sharing). Spend two nights at Rusthof Country House including their sumptuous breakfast. Have dinner one night at stylish Le Bon Vivant with matching Lynx Wines.
